For apps that know when someone is moving

Your customers are buying internet. Get paid when they do.

When your customers move, they set up internet, and right now someone else gets paid for that order. Linck puts address-verified internet plans and checkout inside your app, so the order happens with you and you earn on every completed one. We run the ordering, installs and support behind it.

  • Earn on every completed order
  • Live in your app with one iframe
  • Ordering and support run by our team

The money on the table

You brought them all the way home. Then they paid someone else to get connected.

What happens

At the exact moment your customer needs internet, they open a new tab. They compare providers on sites that don’t know their unit, wait on hold, and order somewhere else. The purchase happens anyway, and the payout goes to whoever was there when they ordered. It wasn’t you.

How it feels

You did the hard work of earning their trust, and someone else gets the thank-you and the revenue. Building it yourself would mean provider integrations, unit-level availability, and a support line for installs you never wanted to own.

Why it’s wrong

The app that helped someone find their new home should be the one that helps them settle in, and should share in the value it creates. Getting connected shouldn’t be another job for them, or lost revenue for you.

Your guide

We’ve lived the move-in moment, and we built the part nobody wants to build.

We know what it’s like to own the moment but not the outcome. Linck is the layer we wished existed: plans resolved to the exact address and unit, checkout inside your product, and a team that runs ordering, install coordination, and customer support so your team doesn’t have to.

Every move is revenue you’re not capturing

Everyone who moves has to get internet. You might as well get paid for it.

You already own the moment: the lease, the closing, the booked truck, the new install. Internet is one of the first things people set up in a new home1, and today that order happens somewhere else. Here’s how the money flows with Linck.

Who it’s for

If your product knows someone is moving, you already own the moment.

Proptech & resident apps

Lease signed, keys next. Turn your move-in checklist into a finished setup.

Smart-home & connectivity

You onboard people at move-in. Make getting connected part of it.

Moving & relocation

You already know the new address. Help them arrive connected.

Real estate & mortgage

Closing day is a high point. Let the next step happen with you.

Internet today. Ask us about other move-in services for your market.

Without it

Every move in your app is an internet order someone else gets paid for

Your customers still buy internet, just somewhere else. You carry the relationship, the support questions and the cost of acquiring them, and the revenue from the order goes to someone who wasn’t there.

With Linck

A new revenue line from a moment you already own

Every move becomes an order you earn on, with no new customers to acquire and no operation to run. Your customers get connected without leaving your app, and they remember who made it easy.

For your engineers

One iframe to start. A full API when you want it.

Three ways to integrate, all live today. Start with one iframe, or build your own screens on the same API the widget uses.

Quick start: hosted iframe

<!-- 1. Frame the widget. LINCK_HOST and your key are issued with your partner account. -->
<iframe id="linck-frame" title="Move-in services"
  src="https://LINCK_HOST/link/embed?key=wl_live_xxxxxxxx&theme=light&parent=https://YOUR-ORIGIN"
  style="width:100%;border:0;min-height:720px"></iframe>

// 2. Auto-resize, and know when an order lands.
const frame = document.getElementById('linck-frame');
window.addEventListener('message', (event) => {
  if (event.origin !== 'https://LINCK_HOST') return;
  const msg = event.data;
  if (!msg || msg.source !== 'ava-link-embed') return;
  if (msg.type === 'resize' && typeof msg.height === 'number') {
    frame.style.height = msg.height + 'px';
  }
  if (msg.type === 'ordered') { /* advance your flow, fire analytics */ }
});

Signed-in customer? Answer the frame’s ready message with a resident message to prefill name, contact and address, and they skip straight to plans. Don’t sandbox the iframe.

Hosted iframe

We host the widget and you frame it. postMessage events: ready, resize, ordered, plus inbound resident prefill.

Embedded widget

One script tag and a custom element in your own DOM. Shadow-root isolated, themed with CSS variables, and fires an ordered DOM event with the order ID.

Build on the API

JSON over HTTPS from the browser. Auth is your partner key plus a registered origin.

POST /api/link/sessions
GET  /api/link/sessions/{token}/internet
POST /api/link/sessions/{token}/order
GET  /api/link/address-suggest
GET  /api/link/config

Built for production

Every address is verified before plans show. Test and live keys are separate, test orders stay out of fulfillment, errors carry a request_id, and you get per-partner rate limits.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

What can customers order today?

Internet: plans resolved to their exact address and unit, ordered inside your app. Ask us what else is available for your market.

How do we earn?

Completed orders are tracked to your partner key and earn for you. Rates and payout terms are set per partner and shared on the call. We don’t publish them.

The embedded widget can be themed to your colors and fonts. Branding for the hosted iframe is confirmed during pilot scoping.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Exclusivity is discussed in the context of a specific pilot.
